We can come alone or to several because there is a counter or I sat down and I saw the chef prepare the plates, otherwise tables on the left if we are several. I was afraid it was fade, but not at all and original choices are proposed in pastry!!! Do your shopping at the covered market and eat without hesitation in this place that comes out of the ordinary....
Excellent vegan cafe with seating both inside and outside the market. Everything is vegan and most of the food is gluten free, with super-clear signage and menus in both French and English (and I expect, German! We had the Alsacien burger and the American burger (not gluten free , and both were excellent! Plus there was lovely artisan beer and various nice fruit juices.
My best address for vegan, organic, fresh and raw in Colmar and even the only one to offer such a beautiful vegan salad. We're having fun. I'm not tired of it. There is for all tastes with burgers, fresh juice, gluten-free desserts and lactose. A little wonder.
The burger served with a side of cole slaw was delicious but at 16 euros a plate I expected a bigger portion for market style food/seating. I was still hungry afterwards. The service was very friendly and the food was freshly prepared.

Variety of dishes for our lunch. It's good, quickly served. The flavors are there and the cheese sauce makes the difference. I highly recommend it. Yes in summer, there is little ventilation on the other hand.
A nice little address in the covered market. VG dishes tasted and at fares more than correct, certainly a place where we will return regularly!
