My wife and I decided to take a short stop over in Metz, on our way to Brussels. We decided to take an early dinner at Cultur Cuisine. Well, we were unimpressed. Our aperitif’s of champagne were room temperature. After requesting 2 new colder glasses. We were told that the fridge was 3 degrees, and new glasses of champagne would be the same. We were offered ice! My wife chose tuna, which was minuscule, but was cooked well. I chose the entrecôte steak, which was far too fatty. We also had a side ‘Greek Salad’, which consisted of olives, feta and water melon! Basically not a Greek salad. My wife and I have been regular visitors to Metz over the past 10 years, and I must say this restaurant is...

We were 3 persons. All of us (3 different main dishes) got not eatable meals... even we were very hungry. Highly NOT recomend! 1. First dish was from child meniu- beaf with french fries. Without any love and taste made mince beaf and how my son said even french fries was poor. P.s. Without any vegetables, this was not must for us, but still... 2. I ordered beaf steak. And I could say that it was old old cow meat. When she stopped to produce milk- then this cafe decided to serve to gests meat as beaf... no taste, nothing. P.s. Some vegetables were served, but even fresh vegetables were not fresh... 3. My wife ordered salad with salmon. The same story... no taste, no quality...

The chilli con carni was dry cardboard not unlike the old vesta boil in the bag meals The boys salmon was so under cooked I was afraid to let them eat it And the last time I seem vegetables cooked to a mush was 1970 The server was diabolical and I don’t often use words like that but she was rude and had no interest in even pretending to work This is not a place I would recommend EVER

Most og the family got a menu plaisir. The Entrecote was really bad and the steak menu enfant was burnt. We will not return.
