poor service today 5/1/2022. hhad call and specifically asked if we come in or go on the drive thru to pick up our order, the employee also reacted. placed an order and was asked how soon, I reacted 15 minutes, call ended at 6:41. we arrived at 6:55. went to the drive thru, announced that we will pick up an order; relies on pulling forward. in the window the writer called another to ring our order, returned them and placed a day with our order name on the mirror. 7:25 My son called to one of the extradition forces to ask them to review our order. he returned with the order, I had requested the pot roast dinner (which would have included an dinner roll, brokkoli and kartoffels) and chili. the...
wow, what an experience in culver’snoblesville today. I called and asked for the manager the young lady got on the phone, and said she was the manager who never tried to make the situation better or nothing she shouldn't be manager. the banana splits were the worst I ever had. Thank you, I told them no nuts because they wanted to charge $2 more for them $0.30 for tomaten and they go to burger king to get salat and tomaten for free culver is a sweat. I prefer to go to milk queen at least they know what they pay for and how much it costs and they can get pup cups there for $0.50
19 mins for 1 plate of food. And then the cup was so thin that just holding it there was too much weight and ripped a whole in the side... And soda went all over the table and bench.A week ago I was there at lunch time. The 3 plates of food was at our table in 5-7 mins. Completely different experience....
Tonight was not the greatest for Culver's. Normally they have great food, but tonight the onion rings were over cooked, and my rubin sandwich was soggy from waiting for our to go order. They gave us our hot fudge sundae before the food so it melted while waiting on food. Not their normal thing.
