We went to the drive thru they put on the sticker 49 and on the order was a 46 so they took 40 min to figure it out when we got our food it was already cold...They need to pay more attention to what numbers they put in your car and what numbers they put on the order.
Food is normally always good here. Lots of things to choose from and it is relatively fast. Would recommend if you want something quick to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair parking spots as well as wheelchair friendly tables.
I wouldn’t normally leave a review at a Culver’s, but the drive through guy at the window didn’t have any customer service skills whatsoever. No thank you or your welcome. Sorry you work in customer service. ?
Recommend your drive-thru personnel ease up on the rudeness, impatience and hostility. Lived in this area since 2009 and never experienced anything close to the level of disrespect I endured today. Book a table now
As described, usual culvers, need to let the cod sit a minute, a bite greasy from fryer.
