The customer service here is exceptional! The staff is incredibly friendly. I had visited two other Culver’s locations that refused to accept a company coupon I received via email, but this restaurant not only accepted my coupon but also provided outstanding service. By far, the best Culver’s I’ve been to!
I had been wanting a burger fries for about 4 weeks and Culver's didn't let me down, I got a double bacon burger, fries, cold slaw and a concrete mixer. Everything was great and price friendly.
Last 2 times I been there my order came out wrong. My rating is just for this time. I didn't check all the way through my bag so this time I was missing a burger. Still nice people.
Staff very slow and long lines in the drive thru and they mess up your order and u have to go back around in the line to get it fixed with the lobby closed. Terrible service Book a table now
Everything is good, except for the fact that no one is wearing a hairnet, and one employee has a long, loose ponytail that is just swinging everywhere.
