Staff are always polite and respectful. Generally, the owners are actually in the store to ensure that everything goes right. I love this in these places. Quality is always there. What should be hot is delivered hot! Custard mixes are exactly what is promised every time. When a problem arises, they treat it quickly and make it right. On a road trip, Culvers is the only fast food I'm gonna eat because they're running well!
Love the seasonal walleye special. Was very pleased with the local manager's decision to donate a portion of today's profits to the benefit of the Ukrainian refugee crisis. Good food, courteous employees and a clean dining room combined with charity mindedness makes a great community business that deserves to be patronized!
