August 2022: The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, it took about 10 to 15 minutes for my meal to arrive. Since I wasn't in a rush, I still give it a 5-star rating because the employees seemed genuine and kind-hearted. I noticed the manager actively cleaning the soda and condiment station, alongside the rest of the team, which really spoke to their great leadership. She appeared to be around 30, though it was hard to tell since she was wearing a mask.
The Culver's is decent, but unfortunately, during our visit to the drive-thru, the car next to us in the other lane was served before us, along with the next two cars. After placing our order, we waited a while while everyone else received their food. Eventually, there were no cars left in the parking lot, so we had to remind them about our order, which added another 10 minutes to our wait. Thankfully, we weren't in a hurry, but on another day, this might have been more frustrating.
If you've been to one Culver's, you know what you're getting: the usual franchise offerings of burgers, fries, and shakes. Everything matched my expectations. However, during this visit, I found a strange object in our fries that looked like it had been hiding in the oil for a while. I've included a photo for reference. I chose not to complain since it didn't affect the flavor of the fries—just glad I wasn't eating in the dark!
Frustrated, I went inside at the 23-minute mark to inquire about the hold-up. I was quite upset, but I received neither an apology nor an explanation. The employee behind the counter simply made my order and handed it to me without saying a word. To make matters worse, he forgot the ranch dressing, and by the time we realized it, we were already back on the road. Overall, it was a big mistake to stop here. Book a table now
We love eating at Culver's because we can always expect delicious food, outstanding service, and a clean, inviting environment. It's a wonderful place to take our grandchildren, regardless of our location. We’ve visited Culver's in Northern Wisconsin, Eastern Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, and several other places, and every experience has been excellent.
Today, I visited the drive-thru and had the pleasure of being served by Nixson at the window. This guy has the most amazing attitude! While I've found most, if not all, of the employees to be friendly and nice, there’s something extra special about Nixson! His positive energy is truly contagious! Keep up the fantastic work, young man!
Dan at the drive-thru completely amazed me with his friendly greeting and genuine delight upon taking my order. I'm really looking forward to another drive-thru experience with him. Who knows, if I’m lucky one day, he might just sweep me off my feet! (Insert dreamy sigh here)

All good was fresh. The guy that took the order sounded like Keanu Reeves on Bill and Ted?s excellent adventure. He got our order completely accurate. Would recommend.
