The music is usually neutral sounding and quite calm typically with an Asian (Japanese) theme, at least in my experiences there. My wife and I always make it a point to visit this restaurant every time we are in town. They have a wide selection of drinks with various flavors and supplements. I discovered Cuppacha while browsing the Deliveroo app in Sheffield and was pleasantly surprised to find it! I knew there was a bubble tea spot in the west area, but this was a great find.
I have visited this restaurant many times and I highly recommend the strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls – it's really tasty! The staff is also very polite and friendly.
