This order was delivered 2 hours after the order was placed. They did not proactively call to gives us any indication the delivery would be delayed. I contacted them twice for an update. They were very apologetic, but it does hurt to pick up the phone and give an update to your paying customers?
The food was average, but there was a delay of 45 minutes in its delivery which required a phone call to follow up.
Food was ok, had to ring them up as food was delivered 45 minutes late
