I needed trays for a funeral luncheon at the last minute and called Custom Bagel. They were able to accommodate my request and did an excellent job. The food received rave reviews, with many guests planning to return for breakfast the next day. The chicken salad was outstanding, the cookies were amazing, and the bread and bagels were perfect. The staff were helpful in determining the order quantity and assisted in loading everything into my car. I cannot praise Custom Bagel enough for their exceptional service. This was my first time ordering from them, but I am now a loyal customer for life.
My mother-in-law always gets bagels from here and they are a real treat. Now that I live closer, I enjoy the blueberry and cinnamon raisin bagels with honey almond cream cheese or a bacon, egg cheese bagel. All are super fresh and tasty.The staff is friendly and personable it's nice going in right at 7 and being able to make small talk while you wait.Definitely recommend if you live in the Media/Newtown Square area
The woman preparing my food gave me a strange look when I requested for her to wear gloves. It was clear that the restaurant lacked sanitation practices and did not prioritize the health and safety of their customers. I refuse to give my money to establishments that do not prioritize the well-being of their community. The bagels were not worth the average quality. I suggest finding another place to eat.
I went to the restaurant with a friend, and we were served by two different women. We both ordered a dozen bagels. My friend received bags to freeze her bagels in without having to ask, while I had to request them. Additionally, my friend was given a bagel club card with a stamp, but I had to ask for one. The customer service experience was the highlight for me.

The folks that own this place and the people who work here are just the warmest nicest folks around. Then on top of that they make the best bagels I have ever had. Bringing these to work along with my toaster, butter and their creamed cheese always made me a favorite amongst my peers.
I love this bagel restaurant. The bagels are delicious, the service is top-notch, and there are plenty of options to choose from. It has quickly become my favorite spot to grab a bagel. Finding parking is also easy, with some 15-minute spots available right outside.
The bagels at this restaurant were awful. They were more like thick pieces of crushed bread, and they managed to burn half of my dry bagel and serve it with butter. After just one bite, the rest ended up in the trash.
Best bagels in Media for sure! I could eat them every morning. My fav is an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, lightly toasted.
