My flight was cancelled and I had a reservation here later that night. I called Cuvée immediately and they rigidly told me I would be charged $330.00 no show regardless. I told them I could send them the email from the airline proving the cancellation. They said it doesn’t matter. I was coming in town for my son’s engagement the next day (Friday). I was staying at the Inn. For every reason they should have been kind and understanding and they were not. Horrible, inhumane service.
Very well done. We enjoyed the 4 course tasting menu. Service was excellent and the food was prepared thoughtfully. Sometimes with a tasting menu a dish will not resonate with you but this was not the case with Cuvée. We really liked each course. Amazing experience. Only peeve was the sommelier who was somewhat dismissive and less personable than all of the other staff (who were outstanding).
