This is one of the best authentic Italian restaurants in the country. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been among the finest dishes I've tasted anywhere. The service is exceptional, and our waitress Maria is an absolute gem. The restaurant is top-notch, and all the food is prepared by a true Italian chef, Pietro, in a surprisingly small kitchen. You really can't go wrong here. They also serve lunch, which is just as fantastic.
One of the finest true Italian restaurants in the country. Anything I have ever ordered has been up there with the finest of the dish from anywhere. The service is 5and the waitress named Maria is an absolute doll. Top of the line place and all food is prepared by a true Italian gentleman , Pietro. and the kitchen is capital T tiny. You can not go wrong. Also serving lunch.just as good.
My wife and I dined at The Revolving Door restaurant on Thames Street in Newport, and I have to give it an A+! The staff was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. We will certainly make the effort to return to this wonderful restaurant. The chef is fantastic, the food is excellent, and the overall experience was delightful!
Wonderful restaurant for special moments and meals. Rather quaint dining area but perfect size for an intimate dining experience with someone special! We enjoyed the special crab cake appetizer and the kale beet salad. We followed with the pappardelle pasta and medallions of pork sautéed with fresh vegetables! This is my favorite restaurant in Westport. The small and cozy setting is complemented by Chef Pietro's delightful cuisine. The lamb frame was possibly the best dish I've ever had. The ravioli, served in a generous portion, was also fantastic. The staff is professional and attentive. This place is a must-visit for anyone who loves good food and appreciates quality.
