We finally got a chance to have a dinner in this restaurant all our previous tries were denied by Sorry, we've no more free tables. And we've understood, why. Instead of giving us a menu to pick up a dish, the owner of the...restaurant announced a menu ! that she'd lead us through. So it was kind of surprise What do we get next? And it was amazing. Each and every dish was perfectly cooked and performed. Even though there was quite a lot of people in the restaurant, we didn't have to wait for our next course longer than it's supposed to be. I've been here on multiple occasions, and will continue to visit. The menu is fixed, and has been relatively consistent over a long period. However the quality of food is so good that I'm more than happy to eat it again and again. The wine...waiter is knowledgeable and if asked will provide good recommendations which are also not extortionately priced. Sadly Pippo himself passed away last year but his family continue the tradition in a way he would be proud of. One caveat: don't waste this on children if they are fussy or cautious eaters because it's too good to waste

My review is actually on the same lines as funny, interesting concept, sitting down without knowing what you'll get for eating. At euros, however, it was a bit expensive for what it was in the end. Although every dish was really nice and...correct, nothing was outstanding, and husband could have eaten more. The setting is super nice, calm and classy, personnel is beyond nice, oldstyle toplevel of waitressing. Wine list very decent as expected. For a onetime experience, I think it was worth it. For returning, not so sure

After a wonderful day with my colleagues at Erlangen University we visiting academics from Holland, the US and the UK were taken to a marvellous restaurant called Ristorante da Pippo. We were met with a warm welcome by friendly staff who escorted us into a...restaurant that was more like a home. The lady who ownruns this place has created a balance of class alongside a personal touch. As for the food, all courses were faultless and the wines were delicious. A great experience. Go there

The best dinner I have ever had! Amazing, natural and unique taste!!! Woooooow! Ps for those who think it costs too much... it is worths it!!! And... the price is normal... since it is a Michelin recommended restaurant! I loved it! Congrats! Hut...ab
