Konigstein is an upscale castle town in the suburbs of Frankfurt. It is extremely quaint and worth a visit. We have eaten in Da Toto several times in the last few years. This is a family run Italian restaurant on Kirchstrasse. Each time we visit...it gets better. They have done a great job with the interior. Linen table cloths, fresh flowers, good food and reasonable prices keep us coming back! Although they have pizza, this is not the typical pizzeria We were ex-pats living in Konigstein and near by Kronberg in the 90s. We make an annual visit to the region. We are very impressed by the attention to detail and effort put in by Da Toto's owners. Kudos!
yesterday once again in there toto and since it is constantly nice, now a review: we sat on the terrace, eight people, two dogs. the waiter is always extremely patient, quiet, nice and inexpressible, mastering such a living situation (it was full) always without problems, bringing water for the dogs, noted extra wishes, drinks then come quickly. my penne with nice were really delicious and the pizzas of the others looked great and tasted. simply a soothing italian without fresh fish and chichi and the prices are full in the green area (for royal).
we have moved to königstein and have already tried some restaurants there. for the birthday we tried the "da toto" in the kirchstraße because it has such a cozy outside terrace. and it was a perfect! very friendly and trained waiter, very tasty eating and a very pleasant atmosphere. there were plenty of dishes with mushrooms and pfifferlingen suitable for the season. the tagliatelle with stone mushrooms and the calf liver was an absolute dream. the "da toto" will definitely become one of our tribes in royal.
we were here for lunch.The ambiente is very promising and everything looks like good Italians.The eating and the service is unfortunately not quite coming. you wait for everything forever and the foods are maximum average.What is first-class is the prices.Naja as well as that, since we were only on the way through, we do not come again anyway

because the dining room has only a limited size, it is recommended to reserve in advance if you want to return to the group at da toto. it is a family-run with friendly, attentive service. in the rule one has to wait a whole past for the food, as they are always freshly prepared. eating is plentiful and very tasty.
Königstein is an upscale town north of Frankfurt. The town is upscale and so is this restaurant. It is located on a nice street on block from the Stadtmitte. The service was good and so was the pizza.
