We go here just to get the wonderful pate it is amazing and comes with a little pot of spiced apple . We always chose the set menu which has now gone up to £17 for 2 courses. We would like to see more variety on the mains section as this has not changed over the last few months but don't ever stop the starter of pate . It's great to be able to buy 1/2 carafe of wine instead of a whole bottle if one of us is driving
I ordered Hake which was overcooked, skin impossible to remove. Advised waiter who offered to replace. The replacement arrived 10minutes later, the rest of the party were finished their meal, I ate alone. Following dessert the bill arrived and instead of offering anything complimentary we were charged for two mysterious cocktails! Poor experience I’ll not be back!
The food and service have been amazing every time Ive eaten at Caterina's either for lunch or dinner. They have a excellent selection of meals and have been able to accomodate myself who is gluten free/ dairy free, and also my friends who are vegan vegetarian.
Really enjoyed our evening, meal was very good and service fantastic. Initially we were seated at fairly cramped table but Before we ordered our waitress suggested we moved to a larger booth I didn’t realise the staff were telepathic too !
