Simple menu, greeted at the door, and great customer service throughout the meal. This place specializes in dumplings and dumpling soup along with a few other options but it didn’t get too complicated. The food did not take long to come out and the quality was great. Our table and other customers were checked on frequently but not too much and it was greatly appreciated. If we needed more kimchi or water, it came out pretty quickly. Not a broth expert but I know when places make theirs too salty and did not experience it at all here. The inside is a little cozy but clean. Plenty of parking at the front of the restaurant. Servers were also helpful explaining what things were to first timers....

Off the old highway in a small strip mall with other Korean business is a great stop for some 'authentic ' and 'not so common ' Korean dishes. (Quotes are because that is my a non Korean 's pov). The interior is fairly basic but the service is professional and polite. Go for the food and not the ambiance. We tried 4 5 things from the fairly short menu. Cold Kimchi noodles, Seafood noodle soup and fried kimchi dumplings were good for the soul and tasty. They gave a small portion of hot soup complimentary to start and that by itself is good reason to go. Recommend making a stop by if in that area. We did twice in the same week..

I pinned this place a while ago when it was featured on K5 Evening Magazine but then forgot about it. We needed to grab a bite to go during a recent SEA to PDX trip and Daekbak Wang Mandoo popped up as being nearby. So glad we made the short detour from the I5. Their pork buns and kimchee pork buns were delicious! Soft, freshly steamed buns filled with savory and tasty meat filling and crunchy vegetable textures. Yummy and easy to eat in the car! I also got a dumpling noodle soup to go that we consumed later delicious and comforting on a cold wet day. Fast and friendly service. We'll be back!
