I had a disappointing experience with the service from a young male server who had tattoos. He appeared uninterested in his work and carelessly tossed the meat onto the grill, which resulted in splatters landing on us.
I ordered assorted tripe, but it turned out to be just mediocre. I was quite disappointed that the texture was chewy, which was unexpected.
