It’s unacceptable to stand at a hostess counter for over five minutes without being acknowledged, especially when you’re right in front of the staff. My husband and I waited while two blonde hostesses completely ignored us. I even greeted them to inquire if we should seat ourselves, but it was as if I didn't exist. When I expressed my frustration about the wait, one hostess responded rudely, asking, “Well, how long have you been standing there?” I shouldn't have to defend myself as a customer. At that point, my husband felt uncomfortable dining there, so we decided to drive across the city to the D'Ags in Wrigleyville, where the service was exceptional—10 out of 10. Ordered from this place because it was around the corner for delivery and was recommended from a friend. Called, kept being put on hold multiple times. Understood maybe they were really busy. Ordered thin crust large pizza with pepperoni, chicken strips, and hot buffalo wings. Food delivered about 50 minutes later. The only food that was hot were the chicken strips. Pizza lukewarm and tasted sweet. Wings not the best but ok. Chicken Strips were good. All for $70. Would I visit/order again? Eventually.
We celebrated our brothers birthday (6 of us) had a lot of fun, especially the guys watching football. The waitress was very nice and efficient, kept checking on us, pizza, fried chicken and salads were good and large portions. Price was really veryreasonable for alcoholic drinks and food. We were able to laugh and talk and still hear each other without having to scream.Very fun joint.

The pizza here is fantastic! I just wish they had more specials advertised online. Overall, the food is still excellent. Service was for takeout and I had lunch. The price per person was around $20–30. I highly recommend their famous thin crust pizza!

The food and service was really good. They had good game day specials with a good amount of different games on. The blueberry mojito was flame as well as all the food.
