Last week, I drove 30 minutes to meet friends for lunch there. Both the website and the sign on the door stated that they open at 11:30 AM. I arrived shortly after opening time, only to be told to come back in 30 minutes because nothing was ready yet. WHAT??? If you open at 11:30 AM, then your cooks and staff should be prepared before that time and ready to serve customers. It's unacceptable to expect customers to wait while you get everything in order. That's basic knowledge for running a restaurant.

There was only one staff member available to serve, and he was overwhelmed with takeout orders, leaving dine-in customers largely unattended. I had to approach the counter myself to place my order, pick up my takeout boxes, and eventually pay after some waiting. The popcorn chicken was too dry, while the tomato soup had a pleasant flavor, but it left me quite thirsty afterward.
The food is delicious, consistent, and comes with complimentary rice noodles. The prices are reasonable and have remained stable for many years. It's my son's and my favorite spot!
As a franchise store, it isn’t disappoint you. Food is good, specially if you like spicy. Recommend deep fried chicken steak. Overall good taste and reasonable price.

Soup was hot and delicious. I love all the side dishes. The kid liked it as well. The service was quick. I would definitely come back to this location.
Fast service, cheap prices. Love the unlimited noodles, but the sides you put into your soup is in small quantities.
The soup is too salty and the fried pork chop is super salty, the side dishes are small and the price is too high.
You can’t change the small dishes that go into your soup. The original has no flavour compared to Yunshang rice
