Daiko Jerry San’s Sushi Bar makes the freshest, tastiest and most authentic sushi around!! The prices are more than reasonable. Jerry’s spicy sauce is phenomenal!! It’s definitely on the spicy side but definitely delicious. The restaurant is immaculate, Jerry is very friendly as is all of his staff. I wish they were open 7 days a week. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. They open at 4:30pm. They have off street parking. You can sit at the sushi bar, table or order takeout. Legit some of the best sushi I've ever had. Everything tastes better, literally. Owner had a place in West Haven for years but moved to Branford recently. Stopped in random Tuesday and sat next to a 20 year loyal customer that was back at Jerry San's place for the first time since they moved and they couldn't rave enough about the food (specifically the spicy mussels) and Jerry. My new spot for sushi without question. Can't wait to go back. But then Jerry has re-opened at this AMAZING location. We love it and brought the whole family! And they totally accommodated my #glutenfree allergies. The sushi is fresh, the atmosphere is celebratory, and it is celiac-safe with GF soy sauce and careful preparation. Thank you, Jerry!
