However, when the sundae was served, I found that it contained two scoops of ice cream piled high, making it impossible for me to enjoy. I tried to remove one scoop myself, but I couldn't manage it. I then asked one of the staff if they could help by removing one scoop and adding extra whipped cream and walnuts instead. Unfortunately, she informed me that they couldn’t remake my dessert or make any adjustments. I've been coming to this place since I was a child. Even now as an adult, living 2,000 miles away, I always make it a priority to stop by whenever I'm in the Boston area. The ice cream never fails to satisfy, and it's such a beloved institution in the community. I truly hope it continues to thrive for many generations.
This is a great little ice cream shop that serves some yummy food on the side. I really like their ice cream. They have a lot of different options and a lot of different toppings to choose from. Give them a try because they're really good.

Been coming here for many years, great place, my favorite is a cup of chocolate and vanilla swirl with chocolate jimmies, come summer try and get there once a week!!!! The service is very good I believe they are HS or college students
Great local place. Amazing prices for ice cream and great serving sizes for ice cream. Have not tried their other food (hot dogs/burgers/fish). They support tap to pay.
Nostalgic typical New England ice cream outdoor wait-in-line with loads of people a bit overpriced for what you get. All n' all it's an OK place.

Great ice cream! Atmosphere isn’t really relevant here since it’s on a main road. There’s usually a wait, but it’s worth it.
