Very sloppy with making burgers and wraps there is to much sauce that's all you taste and its oozing out just a mess, throws things in the bag so the fries and everything is upside down, the poutine was a mess they didn't care it was dripping out of the box they put it in the to go bag anyways, I even over heard the lady that works at the till say this is really messy its spilling and the cook said put it in the bag they're not making a new one. You pay extra for sauces or add on and they always forget to put it in even when u politely ask them a second time please make sure it's in there and they brush u off and say yeah yeah it's in there. My experience at the restaurant was frustrating. The person at the window kept trying to give me items I didn't order. After three attempts to clear up the misunderstanding, he called over another employee who rudely checked the order and walked away without a word. I ended up paying for extra regular Pepsi and fries that I didn't want. When I tried to fill out a survey on their website, it kept kicking me out before I could finish. The poor service and lack of respect between staff members was unacceptable. Witnessing employees being rude to each other in front of customers was also disappointing. The mistakes made were not addressed or fixed.
We are from Texas, headed up to Calgary and stopped in with our 3 kids for lunch. The service was fantastic and the food terrific! They are incredibly friendly and the service was fast. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are as well. We enjoyed tasting poutine for the first time and they came around a couple of times to check on us. My Swiss mushroom burger was great!
We were driving through and my wife was getting hungry. We stopped in Claresholm and went to Dairy Queen. We had burgers that were very fresh and the ingredients also fresh. They are generous with the sauces but they were tasty. There was no service as it was a drive through but the food was well prepared and predictably good. Worth a stop! Book a table now
Hey. Great friendly place. It does get busy. The food was fabulous. I visited the washroom and it was clean and smell free. It not the fastest place but I felt the quality was very good.
The service at this restaurant is quick and friendly. It is always good and consistent. I have tried Poutine at various places around town, but Dairy Queen's is my favorite.
This Dairy Queen is similar to others, but it stands out for its convenient truck and RV parking on the street and adjacent hotel offering clean rooms at a great value.
This location is very new! Very clean! Enjoyed eating in the glass enclosed dining area. Our first experience purchasing anything at Canadian prices! Would stop again. Book a table now
Went thru the drive thru. Made to order so was hot and fresh. Got 2 singles for 5 bucks. Milk shakes are decent.
