8:30pm on a Monday night and we just sat in the drive thru behind another vehicle who was never greeted through the intercom. She kept saying hello and nobody would respond. I could see through the building that there were several employees just standingaround, and several men STANDING at the drive thru window. We drove around and asked if they were open and they said yes thatthey were taking care of who was in front of us. But all of the men at the window had ice cream in their hands and it looked asthough at least one employee could have answered the intercom in the drive thru to let people know that they would be with themin a moment. TO THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS...I WATCHED SEVERAL CARS...
The worst blizzard I have ever purchased from a DQ. We stopped by here on the way home. Paid for extra toppings and it was made with very sparse toppings. When I questioned about the accuracy, I was told that 3 scoops were put into the blizzard. Total liesmh.
A good spot if your looking to buy a meal for the little one's that comes with ice cream just make sure to remind some of them that works there because they will forget the ice cream ???? comes with the kid's meal $7 and some change
Service was excellent. The young lady who took our order also prepared our ice cream order. She was exceptional!!!!! Many others were standing around watching with little or nothing to do. The manager was no exception!!!
