This Dairy Queen has amazing Blizzards! However, I wish they weren’t so pricey—it's about $6 with tax for a small. Still, it definitely satisfied my craving for a Blizzard. After enjoying many in Canada, I was thrilled to find several locations near my home. I tried the brownie dough Blizzard, and it did not disappoint. It had a fantastic balance of mix-ins that were evenly distributed throughout the cup. They far surpass McFlurries, which are often poorly mixed by the staff. I’m giving this place 4 stars because I took the time to download their app and create an account, only to discover that they don’t accept any vouchers and don’t allow mobile orders. So, the app is pretty much pointless...
I would give them 0 stars if I could. We come to this Dairy Queen a lot and the workers always have horrible customer service. Almost feels like racism. Tonight we went there and got there at 11:20pm when on their website it says they close at 12am. Theyrefused to serve us and stated they were closed. But it was 40 minutes before they?re supposed to close claiming they?recleaning their machines. If you?re cleaning your machines change your closing time to 11:20pm so no one drives out to get icecream and gets rejected. Love DQ ice cream but never again. Rather eat somewhere else. The worst experience ever to shoo awaypaying customers when you have 40 minutes before you?re supposed to close.
A Teaneck landmark at this point. These classic standalone 3 season mini Dairy Queen locations are becoming more and more rare so thankfully this location has been lovingly maintained through the years. It has been a family owned mom and pop franchise that has been hiring local teens for the decades it has been open. It's not uncommon to see three or four generations stopping for a treat on hot summer evenings. It's a Dairy Queen but it tastes better because it's served by people you know.
Dairy Queen, often called DQ, is a popular American chain famous for its soft serve ice cream. If you're craving affordable, very sweet soft-serve with a wide variety of toppings, this is the place to go. The staff are friendly, and the ice cream is deliciously sweet. I recommend ordering the smallest size since it's quite generous. Note that there’s no indoor seating, so you’ll need to eat in your car, on the floor, or take a short drive to nearby Overpeck Park to enjoy your dessert.

The ice cream at Dairy Queen is always delicious. However, the customer service can be inconsistent. We waited at the window for a long time because the staff were busy and no one asked for our orders. We ended up leaving. Dairy Queen needs better management to improve the overall experience and make their menu more accessible to guests.
The guys are sweethearts, patient and have fabulous customer service! Even when they're out of Dilly bars, they package my ice cream orders well for the family...Thank you and keep up the good work...Julie
Love Dairy Queen. It's all about the ice cream. Service is hit or kiss because you're dealing with mostly teenagers. Crowded in the evenings so be prepared to wait. Trust me, it's worth it!
Prices are up here as it is everywhere else, however, the new operators at this DQ do a great job and you still get the best ice-cream!
