I've been going to this location in Farmersville, TX for 20+ years. This is not a fancy DQ, but is a solid piece of the small town vibe. You don't want to be in a hurry when you get here. The food isn't slow, but it's also not rushed. Standard DQ fare plus the Texas additions to the menu. Friendly people who want to help and also chat if they have the time. 3* for atmosphere and food because both are standard. Not bad at all, but also not above average. 4* for service because of the nice country people.

Randy and crew did it right! I've had 2 different DQ gift cards with just a small balance. I swore it had $49 on it. Randy had a printer almost out of ink. So, instead of saying my card just didn't have enough to, she did it right. I learned to cool after I heard zero balance and called gift card hotline. Yeah, zero balance. In my glove box was the card with the balance. Give Randy and the crew up.
I do not recommend eating at this DQ. we asked for jalitos instead of fries, so they asked us to pull up, and they would bring it to us, so we did and after waiting on them they still brought us fries and they were cold. The worst thing is I think we told them about 7 times we wanted jalitos,that just shows how much they pay attention to their customers very disappointed Service: Takeaway

they ALWAYS mess up the order!!!! And I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME they get atleast one part of the order wrong and the fries were like they were a week old Chewy and cold. Bixby then pull out from the drive through and figured out why it took so long. Every employee except one is outside the back.
