We'll it's 7:30 and went in for a fun dinner with my family. But we weren't able to be seated because half the restaurant was closed so the teenagers working could clean it so they could leave as soon as possible (straight from the teenager at the register the last time we went at 8:00). So instead we just ordered ice cream. Not sure if they know how to make an ice cream cone. Cone was cracked and chocolate dip only covered half of the ice cream. They didn't seem to care when I said something just shrugged and walked away. We have been coming to this particular DQ for over 40 years. Sadly it will be the last time. There's another DQ right up the road. You're losing business and I hope you tu...

This Dairy Queen is not the closest to my home. It's not special. It's not terrible. It's a Dairy Queen ... and no one recognizes me here. The process at this DQ is ALWAYS the same. Wait in line impatiently. Order quickly. Back away slowly. Wait patiently. Avoiding eye contact. Act like I'm getting it to go. For my imaginary kid. A Peanut Buster Parfait. A Butterfinger Blizzard. Hurry back to my car. Devour the PBP in the parking lot. Finish the Blizzard on the way home. Hide the evidence in the garage. Don't admit to anything ... except I got issues ... Like my diet being DQed again.

I would give this restaurant a 0 if I could. To start, they didn't have any ice cream which was disappointing. When I mentioned the sign on the door at the window, the response I received was disrespectful and rude. The sign said the lobby was closed to everyone and everything, but the two young men working at the window were impolite. I will not be returning to this Dairy Queen again. It is clear that customer service is not a priority for them.

This is by far the best Dairy Queen in Clark County. It used to compete for 1st place with the one on Main Street and 30th but that one fizzled over a decade ago after a change of ownership or something. If you want true DQ this is the place. The owner takes pride in his establishment and it shows on the quality of the food and service.
