I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I take my granddaughters to Dairy Queen at least once a week, but after waiting over 30 minutes for our food, I decided to ask for an update. The staff asked what I had ordered, which only added to my frustration. Eventually, I opted to request a refund. Joyce, one of the employees, informed me that they were behind on orders, to which I responded that we should have been notified about the delay. When I mentioned that I would go elsewhere, she reacted with a very unpleasant attitude, telling me to "do what you gotta do." I was shocked by her rudeness as she repeated it. We will never return to this Dairy Queen again.
This is the best Dairy Queen my family has visited in years! We've been coming here frequently lately. Their chicken baskets and Blizzards are exceptional! My husband is a big fan of the Belt Buster, and my grandchildren enjoy the kids' burger meals. The restrooms are clean and well-stocked. Although the building is older, it’s kept tidy. Occasionally, there’s a struggle to keep house flies out of the restaurant.
This Dairy Queen is the best my family has been to in years! The chicken baskets and blizzards are amazing! My husband particularly loves the Belt Buster. Additionally, the restrooms were clean.

The food is good, though it can take a while sometimes due to being understaffed. Overall, it’s a good place.

Dirty, service slow, no napkins they were out. Nacho chips were horrible we threw them out.
This is the 4th time I’ve paid extra to get something added for it to not be on there!
