My husband and I have given this DQ 3 visits and each visit made us realize why do we keep coming back. Last night was the last straw. On our first visit we wanted to try the new carmel cheesecake blizzard that was advertised and they didn’t have all the ingredients. Google indicates that this restaurant is open until 11 PM, but when we arrived at 10 PM, the Indian lady was extremely rude and didn’t give us any time to look at the menu or place our order. Within just one minute, she pressured us to order, stating, "we're closing at 10." This is no way to treat customers. They had run out of slush, and she didn't mix it properly. Furthermore, she touched my slush with her bare hands using a spoon to stir it right in front of me. She was also trying to upsell a medium to my friend when he clearly requested a small. Additionally, there was a strong smell of bleach in the store. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would! Avoid this place!
My autistic son was trying to choose which candy to include in his Blizzard when the employee abruptly started making a decision for him. We hadn't finalized our order, and she was so hurried that she kept urging us to hurry up. My son wanted Reese's Pieces, but the employee claimed she was double charging me, even though we had yet to place an order. If she hadn’t been so pushy, we would have been fine with the wait. In the end, I was unexpectedly double charged. Fortunately, we were having a good day, or I might have pushed back against the rude service. I will not be coming back.

We came for dipped cones. The ice cream was so soft it didn't even hold its shape. It turned into milkshake in less than a minute. Just nasty! The cashier (older Indian lady) forced me to take it. Wasted money since there was no way I was going to get food poisoning over $5 for a scoop of rotten dairy. Poor management for allowing their business to be operated under this manor.

I love when the only person working is on a FaceTime call, makes me wait to order, and then has me attempt to order over the person on the call while both the worker other person are still chatting. I had to then repeat the order (while they were still talking) because she didn't hear it. . .still didn't get it correct but blizzard was good though. ??
Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that there was no one at the register, and I could hear some ritual music playing in the background. When I called out for assistance, an Indian woman came out barefoot and took my order. I was completely taken aback by this.
Ordered a medium blizzard with extra Reese’s and peanut butter topping and got a vanilla blizzard with almost no Rees’s for $10! Went back in and it only got worse! Go to another DQ.

Best Dairy Queen I've ever been too. Super super friendly staff and great service. This should be the standard.
