I won't visit this DQ in Mayfield again. I should have known when I drove up at lunch time and was the only car at the drive-thru, that something was wrong. My total order came to $17.47. I ordered the 6 piece chicken strip basket. The fries were ok and the ranch dressing was ok. However, the chicken strips were laughable, only 5 and not much chicken to them. They did not add the gravy! The bread was soft and chewy without flavor. Not toasted. The pecan blister had plenty of pecans but tasted and looked like chocolate. We were trying to order at the drive-through and the lady speaking with us suddenly cut us off and told us to come around to the window to pick up our order. She was obviously frustrated, perhaps a bad day, but we just decided to drive off after that. Definitely not going to argue in a drive-thru line just to get our full order placed while being talked to in that manner, this comes from two people that have worked retail environments for years at multiple levels.
Staff was absolutely rude! A female worker was literally yelling at me because my order was not correct because I changed the date to 1 week later! I never changed my cake information. When I called to change the date from Dec. 30 to Jan 6 I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was and that was not a problem yet my order was not ready and was not correct! The people who work took my order forever. Also I ordered a Keksteig blizzard and its was a swimming pool and they put hot fudge in it?? It made sense because I've been getting it before and never put it in a biscuit pig blizzard. Overall, I didn't cost my ice cream.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant when my order was incorrect. When I pointed out the mistake to the server, she refused to remake it, insisting that she had already taken it, despite the fact that I hadn't realized it wasn't what I ordered.

2:30 in the afternoon, waited in the thru line for 1 2 hour. It was just four cars. Fries was cold. Dippkonus was good.
