I love Dairy Queen, yes sometimes there blizzard's may melt some and yes some PEOPLE get impatient, I DO TOO. For those that want there food hot and blizzard's cold or even FROZEN, pull in to one of the parking spots and go in. And get a grip on yourselves. Paid for extra ranch and didn’t get it. Checked the receipt to make sure we weren’t charged and we were, and also noticed then that we were charged for items we didn’t even order. When I called to speak with manager, Eric, who answered the phone was very unhelpful and said all he could do is for me to drive all the way back to the store and get the items I was charged for… that I didn’t order… he got a salty attitude when I said that wasn’t right to do to people and made it seem like he was doing me the worlds biggest favor by offering to refund the items I was charged for that I didn’t order. **Kid-Friendliness:** It's a fantastic spot for families and kids, whether for birthday celebrations or just to grab cakes and delicious sweets and frozen treats.
**Wheelchair Accessibility:** The transition from the parking lot to the sidewalk is smooth and easy, leading directly into the store. There's also a pleasant outdoor seating area where you can enjoy nice days or evenings while watching the main street traffic.
I ordered four original cheeseburgers and made sure to specify that two of them should be without pickles. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I was asked to move forward, but I chose to ask for a refund because the wait was excessive. Almost right after that, they handed me a bag of burgers. Once I drove away and checked the bag, I discovered that none of the cheeseburgers had cheese on them. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant.

Came thru the drive thru tonight and purchased 2 blizzards and had to throw both away because the ice cream was soured. Worst experience I've ever had at DQ but it won't happen again because I won't go back and pay over $11 for something that had to be disposed of immediate to keep from getting food poisoning.
Every time I come through, I order the 4 tenders with gravy meal. Decent price for good food. The chicken actually tastes like chicken!
The candy cane blizzard is very good. The service was great I was in and out. The ambiance was pretty good.
Love the Mega Dog. Super addicted to them. I get one every time I get off work. Best job I've ever had
