I entered through the drive through at this location today 7/28 at approximately 12:30pm. The male that was on and taking orders at this time couldn?t have been more rude and off putting. I work at the hospital across the street and thought it might be funto do a fun pick-me-up treat for our team. Especially since today is #MiracleTreatDay where $1 from every blizzard sold isdonated to Gillette Children?s. What a fun way to support a place we work so closely with! Forget about this place at your own peril I live nearby, and for whatever reason I find myself not selecting Dairy Queen as a first choice. Or at least, that used to be true. The food is great. The options are great. Plus, you know... Ice Cream Sothere's that. It sits just off the main road (Hwy 63) north of the I94 interchange. So you may not see it if you don't lookaround the corner from the Kwik Trip But don't miss it, as it's definitely worth the stop off, especially if you're alreadyon the hunt for fast food in the area, and you're looking for something that isn't amongst the usual cast of characters in theFast Food realm. Went to place an order in drive thru, person on the speaker was acting like they couldn?t hear/understand me. Repeated my question about 3-4 times. Then they said they don?t understand mumbling so when I got closer to speaker and spoke more loud sothey could hear me, the person told me I was being rude. Their attitude from the start was rude and I ended up changing my mindand going down the street to Culver?s. I don?t recommend going here, they are not friendly and clearly hate their job. I work incustomer service and the way they were acting from the start was not acceptable.
Baldwin, Wi I want to thank the guy that made my day yesterday on 9/11. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Georgia Mud Fudge blizzard, I knew this isn't on the menu anymore. My brother took me to this DQ about 15 years ago and got me one of those.He recently passed away... So I went through Baldwin on our way home yesterday and ordered one... Thank you for the guy thatknew how to make it, and for making it for me! It was just like I remembered 15 years ago.
