I concur with every person who?s been at this location recently. By far, the WORST MANAGER to date. I wonder if the owner of this franchise reads reviews on this location. A manager can make or break a restaurant and/or business. This manager istasteless, inconsiderate, and simply rude. My guess is that she does it so comfortably because she hasn't beenfired/reprimanded. I'm almost 100% sure that she's the same manager who the other reviewer has mentioned who spoke rudely to acustomer. It's unbelievable. According to all the negative reviews and the response we got from our stop there, Corp. Office doesn 't care!!!! I 'm sry for ur experience doesn 't fix ur problem of incompetent people working for u! Suppose to be open at 10 am. No one arrives till10:30 am. Sits in her car for 10 min more! Sees our rig (truck and camper) and another vehicle sitting on lot waiting. But thatdoesn 't phase her!!!! Ya 'll need to clean house and fix ur employee problem!!!!! No way to do business and treat customers!
Pulled off hwy 12 to eat . Door says 10 am ,at 10:30 a person pulls up We wasted 30 minutes of our travel time. We knocked on all doors and windiws..no one inside !! Took pic of schedule on door!!! She pulled up in white suv. sat in her car for 10 min!!We pulled our camper straight off that lot. Who owns this place...i guess they don't need business! They need a new managerthat is on time!!!!
Food was okay. Went through the drive-thru and the staff seemed occupied with bantering with one another. I was given my receipt and had to sign then sat there for 4-5 minutes holding the receipt and their pen while they all talked. No condiments in thebag, missing a straw, ketchup, etc. Not worth the hassle when you're looking for speed and convenience.
