I was surprised when I walked in and saw the place empty. Normally, fast food restaurants in my area are packed. It seemed to me that they were short-staffed or something because it took them a full 10 minutes to make one burger. This was my first time trying Dairy Queen, and unfortunately, the food didn’t quite satisfy my cravings. I ordered the bacon and onion ring burger.
I went through the drive through and they were extremely rude. I don’t know if it was because it was getting close to the end of the night but the attitude and hostility was not needed and then when I proceeded to get to the window they hit me with a “you need to get your order together next time around cause y’all took way to long” like I’m sorry, I’ll do better next time
Dining room not open. No sign to state this and no one to come to door. Would not answer phone. Totally understand if it needed to be closed and only drive thru but at least put up a sign.
I stop by this place whenever I'm traveling between Columbia, SC, and Jacksonville, usually for some ice cream. It seems to be well-managed, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Book a table now
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! However, they served our ice cream before the meal, which caused it to melt. That’s my only complaint. Overall, I recommend this restaurant!
I love this dairy Queen I'll tell you what if you ever need ketchup order yourself some fries and they put twenty packets of ketchup in the bag everytime...I love this place
Whoever was working the drive thru on December 11th at 4:15 was probably the rudest person they could’ve had working
I ordered two burgers and fries meals took it home and I had an ice cream in my bag !!! Not cool Book a table now
There were no cars and the customer were not coming to get ice cream. We spent $24.00 wow.
