When I arrived at the order/menu board, I was greeted with the usual, "Go ahead and order when you're ready." I placed my order for two chocolate milkshakes, and after about a minute of silence, I heard a voice say, "Sorry. Give me a minute." Another minute passed before I had to repeat my order.
At the pick-up window, I handed over my money, but instead of placing my change in my hand, the employee dropped it, causing nearly a dollar's worth of coins to fall to the ground. Being disabled (which was clearly obvious), I couldn't pick it up.

WOW! Haven't been to this Dairy Queen in awhile. Prices are unbelievable. We ordered 2 burgers and an order of large onion rings and cheese curds. The last time we ordered we received a good amount of onion rings and cheese curds. Today we received maybe 6onion rings which was considered a large and maybe 10 or 12 cheese curds. Please don't fill my burger with the white core limplettuce and a tiny piece of tomato. We are very disappointed in the small amount of food you get at a very high price. We willnot be back. Pricey and a lot less food.

Didn't have steak fingers or tacos!! Only two things I've EVER got to DQ for in my life!! We just moved from Texas to New Mexico and we were shocked!! Will never go to another again, if this is the way every DQ is in NM.

I had an amazing experience with the customer service, and the Banana Split Blizzard I got was by far the best I've ever had at any Dairy Queen! I’ll definitely make it a point to stop by whenever I’m passing through.
Good service, and great food. If you see the Edgewood exit you might as well swing in for a bite to eat, get gas, and pick up a souvenir.
I like their blizzards. That's the only thing I get. Burgers are quite dry and just gross in my personal opinion.. No offense

Perhaps it's just me, but I tried it twice and had a negative experience both times. It just wasn't right for me.
Drive through is tight but food is always fresh, fries hot burgers don't look mangled.
