The ice cream is fantastic, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They close at 10 PM, and I arrived in line at 9:40 PM. I placed my order at the drive-thru and waited, as there were three cars ahead of me. When I finally reached the window, the employee closed the service window and ignored my presence. I honked my horn and even got out to knock on the window. Eventually, he opened the window and told me they close at 10 PM. He refused to serve me my ice cream, and I ended up wasting 25 minutes for no reason.
The restaurant offers an excellent selection of ice cream recipes in a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors. There is also plenty of parking available.
Slow service!. Huge lines in drive-thru!. People wait in line for 10-15 mines and leave because the line hardly moves!.
Very nice and friendly lady at the service. The service was quick and the Blizzards were smooth and delicious!
