The staff at this restaurant were not very friendly. My blizzard was not filled to the top and the dipped cone I ordered was incredibly disappointing. One of the employees handed me my cone with his entire hand wrapped around it. The men's bathroom has been out of order for months and the women's bathroom was poorly maintained with no paper towel dispenser, air dryer, or soap dispenser. To make matters worse, an employee required customers to wear masks despite having his own mask below his nose. Overall, this was the worst Dairy Queen experience I have ever had.
Extremely unprofessional. I visited this restaurant to order a smoothie, and the African American woman working there decided to take a video call while preparing my drink. This behavior is unacceptable. She also did not wear gloves while adjusting her mask, which is a health concern. This criticism is not based on race, as I am also African American.
I am warning everyone to avoid eating at this restaurant. I am serious when I say this - do not eat here anymore. I purchased two blizzards for my sister and myself, and we discovered a human fingernail in her blizzard. This is a serious health concern. Avoid this place for your own well-being.
only one man worked and the load was super busy. he was great, he must have been a college child, but definitiw needed a worker because how busy it was. I felt bad for him.
