The food court was very crowded and the staff were unable to keep up with the crowds. Unfortunately they prepared my order incorrectly. When I asked for it to be corrected they told me that my original order was unavailable and I would have to pay extra(!! for my order to be remade. The staff was unable to correct their errors and I elected to depart with my incorrect order instead of holding up the long line even longer.
The staff members have an attitude problem, they don’t smile at you, no please, no thankyou used. They acted like they were doing a favour on me by taking my order. The ice cream was amazing as always but the staff’s attitude put me off, would never want to visit again. They need to learn how to behave with customers.
Today I got yelled the karent was I can’t hear you so she started to yell at me and she did the ice cream ewww
Fast service but every time me and my friends go we have bad cramps after the drinks
