Dakota's Steakhouse

Dakota's has a decent steak but I'd rather spend less money and get the same quality at Outback steak house. To start we had crispy calamari which was what you would expect...deep fried calamari no unique flavors or textures. For entrees we had the filet and scallops. The scallops were good but the portion was small for the price. The filet was cooked weird, tough on the outside but tender on the inside. I would not go back. Service was good.

We were really looking forward to an evening out and Dakota's steak ruined it. I had the New York Strip and my wife had the filet. I expected my steak to taste like hers and hers to melt in my mouth. Neither happened. Both steaks were ordered medium well and the outside was well and the inside was pretty much still mooing!!! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very nice but not worth the drive or money.

We have been to the restaurant prior to reopening many times, mostly for the patio atmosphere in the evening. The food prior was just, O.K. We went mainly for the patio atmosphere. Now that it has been reopened the food is excellent and the service and of course the patio excellent too. We cannot say enough about it. Thank you for giving us such a nice memory. Hopefully to return.

It was an amazing experience. We went for our anniversary and the waiter was amazing . Judge Judy , believe that's his name. Amazing dude, had patience, gave us advice, recommendations. Planning on going next year again. Hopefully he will still be around

Dakota Steakhouse was an awesome experience! It's very intimate and elegant. The food is top tier! Nothing I tasted disappointed.
