Been a few years since visiting Glasson Docks due to the pandemic, after a walk around we spotted a sign for Dalton Arms and decided to head over for some lunch. Not dissapointed at all, very friendly service. The food was spot on and was homemade and fresh. What a great find tucked away next to the smokehouse. Definately worth a visit if you are in the area and are after a drink and some food. You wont be dissapointed. Definately going to drop by for lunch next time we are over that way. We stayed overnight in our camper in their car park with the caveat that we have a meal in the pub. Very glad we did as this is possibly the most hospitable pub and the most friendly staff I have come across. This coupled with brilliant food and drink made it a perfect overnight stay. We only live 35 minutes away but I think we will be making this a regular stop over just to get away for a night or two. Amazing find. Stayed here as an impromptu Britstop in our campervan. Very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to stay in the car park of this traditional family pub. Tucked away at Glasson Dock. 2 drinks each, 2 meals and a dessert for 50 quid, great value, very tasty food, what is not to love. The Dalton Arms is very Dog friendly. We enjoyed a brilliant Sunday lunch, beautifully cooked. Great menu choice excellent value. Lovely staff, all in a very relaxed atmosphere. We hope to go back soon. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
