Nos hemos dado un homenaje en toda regla. El servicio ha sido estupendo y la comida a la altura de las expectativas que teníamos sobre ella. A destacar el brioche de cochinita pibil, y el grandísimo Pure de patata brulée que acompañaba al lomo alto que pedimos. Todos los platos gozaban de una buena Presentación, texturas acertadas y temperaturas idóneas. Desde el pan de masa madre hasta los postres.
