What a find in downtown Redding! We were looking for Summer Nights at the Park which wasn’t open so this place struck us as a fitting replacement. It reminds me of the hamburger spots from my youth and the location is outstanding right near some hot spots. Entering I noticed it was full, the customers were all smiling and the atmosphere was welcoming. We were greeted promptly and our questions answered. We both chose the double Hot Dams and I highly recommend it. The burgers were perfectly cooked, cheese fresh and condiments well matched. I was disappointed because online they said they deliver I called and they said no delivery service now. So they misrepresented themselves. I wanted to try that damburger. Because we were out of town.
Old school classic counter burger spot. The highlight is the thick milkshakes and friendly service. A once a month fix for me. A Redding history iconic spot!
Place was the bomb one of the best burgers I've ever had will definitely be coming back
