Before visiting this restaurant, I must acknowledge some positives: the strawberry lemonade was refreshing, and my fried chicken was wonderfully spiced. The waffle with maple pecan spread was also enjoyable. However, there were significant downsides: don't come here if you have other commitments. I had to choose between Uptown and this place, and unfortunately, I made the wrong choice. The wait to be seated was incredibly long, and once we were seated, we spent 1.5 hours waiting with very little attention from the waitstaff. Had a pleasant visit here. Couldn't stay long but I did get a chance to sit down and get my food. Food came out in great timing. Good flavor and the menu is simple which I love . I'm a sweet tea fan and omg it was good. Place looked clean Host came in good timing some places the host is no where to be found ? so I got seated in a timely manner The crew was nice Fast service but it was slow when I came which is even better for me ?.

We had a 30-40 min wait and even though the young lady with us missed the text by quite some time, they still accommodated us. The chicken was amazing and waffles was very much on point!! The second young lady that acted as hostess was really and and so was out waitress!!

Let's start with the atmosphere and service. The Lord at the door was very warm and welcoming. It was such a pleasure to be greeted with a smile. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere. The food was just okay, average, but we had a great time. I was pampered by the Durham site and the taste of food is simply not the same.

This was my second visit, and my family and I absolutely loved it! The last time I was here, I tried the wings and waffles. The wings were good, but this time I had the waffle and cutlet. The cutlet was seasoned to perfection. If you’re looking for chicken and waffles, look no further!
