centrally located directly opposite the old town of Diez.inneneinrichtung is nice and is located in the mainstream of the usual hip-locations.The waiters are attentive and authentic.However, the written recording of the order should be mandatory so that the gast is also delivered. Eat is tasty, finely spiced and honest.These ingredients are given plenty of space here to play out completely without being upset.The presentation is professionally the teller and hospitable.You taste and feel your own style that has collected a lot without just cooking.The portions are big and plentiful.The price is reasonable but an prise too high!
limburg has gastronomic not really what to offer. there are exceptions, but they are clear. after moving from elz to the beautiful diez, there is now the second very good restaurant (tacheles) in the area with the home.Many things do not have to say: top equipment, nice and fast service, extremely good food. the qulity already expresses itself on the small card (less is more) and the praises. the latter is perfectly cooked on the point and is served minimally on mischievous. black risotto. very good composition. I personally do not know any (real) alternatives in the opposite, of therefore 5*.
here there are delicious food with a slightly raised claim. the dishes or ingredients are not really unusual, but both preparation and presentation are clearly above the average of normal restaurants. However, I would not recommend the restaurant of therefore also for eating with children.Nothing the despite is the ambiente easy, relaxed and untended.Should also be recommended the lunch table, where there is a daily changing daily meal plus espresso to dessert for approx. 9,- euro.
at the beginning the question: have they reserved? how if there was no publication about the opening of the restaurant and also no Tel.No. 2. ask: let us offer them a prosecco (which was then on the bill). the white wine was warm,though a little chilled,the fish tasteless and dry,the creamy herb ok. the white carving was ok, the potato salad pampig and lacked the acid, the desire for a special soaking was met.

daniels Heimatmore presents itself from the outside inconspicuous, but from the inside absolutely great....spirited dishes with excellent taste and stylistic design ... found in the internet and expects a lot more, but much more experienced...an absolute must be when you are in limburg, montabaur or koblenz.
Daniel ́s home has set a good start in the first week after the new opening. already known from the tennis hall in elz and now in the very nice, loose interior, where there is still something to be hurried, but what comes quickly out of the kitchen convinces.
Together with 10 friends we were crossed and crossed through the menu and impressed by the results.More crowd frequency would look forward to the restaurant that has now been shrunk to the pure evening destination. a visit is still worth it!
finally a very good restaurant in diez and eat that is made with whipped and love. good service and easy atmosphere. you just don't have to let the ugly outside of the building be deterred.
