The customer service at this restaurant is superb! I placed an order online, received an email confirmation, and arrived at Daniel's Kitchen 15 minutes later to pick up my food. However, they informed me that they had not received my order, as their system was not working. It would have been helpful if they had posted a message on their website stating that online orders were not being accepted. I will not be returning here due to the time wasted.
Horrible customer service!! I placed an order online I got the email confirmation and after 15 min i arrived at Daniels kitchen to pick up my food and they said there is no order placed. I guess the system does not work. They should at least have a message on the website saying that the online order is out of service. Wasted my time will not come here again.

It was lacking in flavor and was served with fatty and poorly cut slices. Additionally, there were no chips or salsa provided.

my man and I have stopped ordering a private burger and a French diving sandwich for lunch. the burger and the pommes were considerable. well prepared.
Worst food we've ever had in our lives. Food tastes old and stale. Even the garnish lettuce was old yellow flimsy lettuce. Horrible horrible horrible.
