my family went to this restaurant to enjoy us and hopefully have a good meal. what we didn't expect is that a worker made very ugly comments about family members in our group. there was absolutely no reason for this other than poncho the employee to make it quite clear that he did not want to be there. not only this a co-worker also in laughter. When is this right to have employees to annoy customers. something had eaten before us between the employees, and everyone looked like they didn't want to be around the chef. all employees should work together as a team, there was no teamwork, I will not return to a business where the fight is allowed. It was our first time visiting and we really enjoyed it. They offered us samples of the meat when we arrived, which helped us make our decisions. After choosing our meat, they gave us our plates and instructed us to help ourselves to the dessert, sides, and salads. They even offered vinegar for the greens. When we left, we were completely full and satisfied. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. We wore masks as required, but only removed them while we ate. It was nice to see the restaurant taking safety measures seriously. It would be great if they provided wet wipes for customers to clean the tables before diving in. My family visited this restaurant in hopes of enjoying good food and quality family time. Unfortunately, the staff did not work effectively as a team and one employee, Poncho, made it clear to everyone that he did not want to be there. His negative attitude and behavior towards customers led us to leave the restaurant. Not only were rude comments and laughter directed at my family while placing our order, but there was also no justification for such behavior. I have tried reaching out to the owners of the restaurant with no reply. I believe in supporting local businesses, but I cannot support a business that tolerates bullying from its staff and lacks control over its dining environment.
i ordered the rib and im a super big on criticism about food and i must say the ribs were slightly smaller than expected but they made up for that in taste and flavor and i believe that sauce for the ribs were homemade either way it was right on the money the food was excellent and the loaded mashed potatoes were just right it took me back home and gave me a case of the itis must say its definitely worth trying out salute to the cook

this is not the best bbq in the opposite, I would recommend podnuhs or bbq west or something quite different eating because my experience here was quite poor. the food is not this quality, the brisket was a part of the hardest meat I ever had, the sides are okay and the restaurant is clean enough, but the prices are high for what they get. I should be convinced to go back.
the Bar-B-Que was the best since I was down here and I had eaten at two, the barbeque that we were not back at a place. and the service was great, the meat cutter I will call him found out that there was the first time there and he gave me tasty items that were in my mouth melting and I would take back a bit of them when I was thrown back.
This is one of my favorite places to go when I come home. I wish Daken Trail had locations all over. Reasonable prices for the portions of food, friendly customer service and most of GOOD FOOD!
Best brisket so most and tender! Lots of sides an yummy banana pudding! Friendly staff! We ordered the large brisket sandwiches. They were huge! Slaw an baked beans yummy!

My wife and I have dined at this restaurant multiple times. I always enjoy the cozy atmosphere and the barbecue is always plentiful and delicious!
