I used to come here all the time. However, ever since new owners took over, this place just became a shady business. They raised their prices, which is understandable, but why overcharge? These guys are always finding a way to overcharge you. You buy the same order on different days, you get a different price. I like their bagels and the convenience, and I am willing to pay the asking price whatever it is, but I will not be coming here anymore out of principle. STOP SCAMMING YOUR CUSTOMERS!
The food was decent, but it's not a good idea for DoorDash or Danny's Bagels to deliver to customers located 30 minutes away. By the time the food arrives, it's cold and loses its appeal. I didn't realize how far Danny's Bagels was from my location, and this could ultimately impact your business negatively.
The front staff and the person who answers the phone are quite rude. While the bagels are fantastic, there are plenty of other places that offer similar quality with much better customer service.
