"The first time there and ordered a small cheese pizza. Big mistake, very thick, chewing crust, very small sauce on top and the cheese was terrible. Either a mixture of cheese or a Bland imitation of Mozzarella. Unfortunately, probably will not be back because the quality is not there."

I have been buying pizza at Danny?s for over 30 years. lived in Enfield 1966 2004 even after living in Cromwell for the last 18 years every chance I get I stop in for a Danny?s Special. Well this afternoon we ordered an XL Special never saw this size but never look at the menus I was hesitant and said to wife dough to pizza toppings on 2? diameter larger could be problematic. So started eating the pizza on way home very disappointed. Overcooked, the Crest is the worst I ever had at Danny?s. Those who know Danny?s you have come to expect a crispy gold brown bottom and an outer crust that is crispy golden brown and a wonderful inside. This did not even come close. The pizza lacked sauce, chees...

Just not the same as before. I really agree with John. A two topping large used to have some weight on it. The cheese really seems, I'm not sure whether its lower quality mozzarella or a mixture that is somehow cheap. Hardly any sauce... the crust / dough tasted old and was chewing.. my order was a big paprika and Hamburg.. I was told about 40 minutes at 7:40 Sunday night, apparently that was not correct, pizza was warm not hot, and I also arrived a few minutes early.. Two brand new pizzeria joints in Somers opened a few miles on the street last year, I would give them an attempt if you live in the area and stop driving from Somers for pizza.

Totally awesome! We eat at the picnic tables. There are just 2. Everyone else did a pickup at there car. The staff was super nice and really hustling to get folks their orders. I have the Spinach Pie with chicken. My wife had the baked ziti with garlic bread and salad. Highly recommended. Plenty of leftovers. At another dinner this weekend we had pizza, nice thick and crunchy crust. Perfect.

The Bratbeefwolf was the best bratbeef I ever had. Offers, still perfect mid rare, even after the toasting. Pizza is typical Greek style properly made. Crust is crispy, not to doughy. Toppings and cheese are well balanced. Atmosphere could use an update, but there is a certain nostalgic charm. Eating quickly arrived. Staff was friendly and communicative. Love it!
