Visit to St Pol scheduled at the last minute. We have selected a few restaurants. Moving on from this one, a nice surprise: the artichoke is king here! There is still room, due to Storm Ciaran and the telephone cut-off. The menu looks good, but we choose à la carte. 3 entries. All 3 look appetizing. Buckwheat crumble with shrimp and breaded cauliflower, smoked trout. The journey starts very well, served with Macon loché and a red Touraine. Then the stuffed artichoke on the Asia side and the stuffed artichoke on the Argoat side. A white Quincy goes with Asia: perfect! Impossible not to have dessert.
