First experience this summer at Mercury Sophia , and second to der der at Mercury Sophia for Halloween !! Very well thought out and realized. We were served by Cedric both times and it was each time the same pleasure! Only regret that the menu is not changed between the two experiences or even a dish! I recommend the establishment and concept to live a human and personal experience by feasting on taste buds. Thanks to the server guides for their skills throughout the service.
