I waited almost 2 hours for my food, even though the promised arrival time was 45 1 hour. I specifically asked if it was possible to pay with lunch check, which I was then assured of. On the phone the man assured me that everything was fine, 40 minutes later they called back to tell me that the order should cost NOT just 45. but 80. . (I would have paid CHF 52 in the end), but after waiting 2 hours I couldn't even pay for the late meal because you can't pay with a lunch check? En wasted abig…
Really good food and excellent service from Ali Basharat Service was quick and helpful. The murgh shalimar, biryani, vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, naan, and kulfi were all excellent. A little piece of home in Zurich, very comforting!
